Somm Smackdown, Sold Out

Join us for an epic wine pairing hosted by Certified Sommelier, Jim Fink, and Salt+ co-owner, Jessica Parkison, Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 6:00 PM!

Salt+ co-owner, Jessica Parkison, and Certified Sommelier, Jim Fink, will both pair a wine of their choosing with each of Chef Jill Vedaa's five courses. Prepare to vote on who paired it best! Our first (but not last) "Somm Smackdown" is sure to be a blast and we hope to introduce you all to some fun new wines while we're at it.

Dinner Menu:

  1. Chewy beets, pistachio butter + chimichurri

  2. Pink peppercorn-crusted scallop crudo, truffle foam + caviar

  3. Charred mushroom agnolotti, house mustard cream + tarragon oil

  4. Duck kushiyaki, sweet potato hash + sour fig butter

  5. Dark chocolate cake, peanut butter brittle + shiso coconut ice cream

*Tickets are reserved, not prepaid: See cancellation policy. Guests will be charged $110 per person at the end of the event; Tax and gratuity are not included in the per-person ticket price. Changes must be made to reservations by Friday, Sept. 30th at 5pm or a $25/guest cancellation fee may be applied. *Doors open at 6pm and the dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
