Four-Crop Dinner with American Liquor Co.

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022

Master blender and co-founder, Chris Montana, as well as sales director, Cole Levy, will be in to discuss their vodka in detail as we taste our way through crop-themed food courses and cocktails.

Doors will open at 6pm and the dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Get a true taste of the Midwest that's greater than the sum of its parts.

"American Liquor Co. brought together ingredients that don’t usually mingle (wheat, rye, potato, and corn) and people you won’t usually find in the same room (craft distillers) to reimagine vodka. Unlike other vodkas, ours is blended like a fine whiskey. Clean and pure but more complex in taste, aroma, and mouthfeel than most vodkas. The rich Midwestern terroir yields a spirit so tasteful, it has become the vodka of whiskey lovers.

The Midwest has always been about quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. Today, that spirit is still strong. We’re proud to support local businesses and individuals who keep that Midwest ethos of collaboration and community alive and well."
